Associate Membership: for companies doing business with school districts/charters/RECS. Including but not limited to: businesses, corporations, educational institutions, etc. This membership allows up to 5 representatives.
As an Associate Member of NMASBO. Associate members will be listed on the NMASBO Associate Member website directory and receive quarterly newsletters. Associate members do not have voting rights.

Sponsorships and exhibit opportunities are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. You may sign up for any of the NMASBO conferences listed below if you are an Associate Member and if the registration is open online.
Booth placement priority will be determined by the date the registration was received. The exhibit spaces are approximately 6′ x 10′ and price varies by conference. Exhibit tables are 6′.
The Fall Conference (Sept. 14-16, 2016) & Winter Conference (Feb. 15-17, 2017) are $500.00 per table and the Spring Budget Workshop (April 11-13, 2017) is $700.00 per table.
Your company must renew or initiate your NMASBO Associate Membership before registering for any NMASBO conference or event. Please contact our office to start or initiate a new membership.

The annual Fall, Winter and Spring Budget Workshop events provide the opportunity to exhibit your company’s products and services to hundreds of school business officials across New Mexico. Associate Members can attend or exhibit at three annual NMASBO events.
Information to be successful
Providing a direct link for schools and companies to foster business endeavors. Educating company representatives about current school business management procedures and policies enhance an awareness of the way schools conduct business. The association provides the latest information concerning the ever-changing world of school business management and a reliable listing of companies providing products and services to schools.
Publications: Members are subscribed to the “NMASBO Quarterly Newsletter”, the official newsletter of the Association (published 4 times per year)

Membership directory: Access to association “Associate” member directory, and at certain partner/sponsorship levels (Event Partner or Select Partner). All associate members will receive a listing of their name and company’s services in the directory.
Advertising opportunities: Marketing display spaces available in the NMASBO Quarterly Newsletter. Or, become a partner or sponsor and have your company website linked directly from the NMASBO homepage. Companies who choose to partner/sponsor at an annual event receive recognition at the general session, signage in the agenda and event signage.
